A Nanny Match Jobs

Loving parents on the Upper West Side of Manhattan are seeking a warm, reliable, and dedicated nanny for their 5-year-old daughter.

The schedule is M-F, from 8:30 am - 6:30/7pm.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to everything relating to the child’s care and well-being: 

• Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities.

• Managing and maintaining the child’s schedule, taking her to school and activities, and planning playdates.

• Proactively keeping track of child’s items that need to be restocked, refilled, new sizes, purchasing gifts for birthday parties, and other child-related errands. 

• Child’s laundry and keeping the child’s room and the main spaces clean and tidy.

• Homework help, reading with the child, and active engagement with the child in indoor and outdoor play. 

• Meal preparation for the child. 

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of FT nanny experience and will be warm, caring, professional, patient, organized, proactive, passionate about children’s healthy development, honest, and a great communicator. 

The family relocated from London to NYC last summer. They are seeking a nanny who can be with them for several years to come. 

This position starts as soon as possible. 

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of relevant nanny experience with children of similar ages. 

Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

Clean background check.

Able to commit to at least one year.

2-3 relevant references. 

Salary: $30.00 - 35.00 gross hourly.

Benefits: Negotiable including 10 days of vacation, 5 sick days, paid major holidays, MTA card reimbursement.
