Full-Time Nanny Needed in NYC


Warm and welcoming parents in Tribeca seek a highly experienced and nurturing nanny for their sweet baby girl, currently 7 weeks old and age 3 months at time of hire.


The schedule is 7am - 7pm Monday through Friday (60 hours per week), with flexibility to occasionally stay late or overnight with advance notice.


Due to COVID-19, the position will most likely begin as live-in between their Tribeca apartment and their Hamptons house until around August. It will eventually become live-out for the long-term. The position starts mid-May. 


The ideal candidate: 

  • Is loving, devoted and energetic 

  • Has strong communication skills and genuinely values open channels of communication

  • Is knowledgeable about child development

  • Lives locally 

  • Is interested in growing with the family

  • Is highly trustworthy and reliable 

  • Is a native Spanish speaker


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 


  • Everything relating to the well-being of the child.

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

  • Keeping the child’s bedroom and the main family spaces clean and tidy.

  • Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities and assisting in the development of motor skills, cognitive development and a curiosity for learning.

  • Keeping a daily communication log. 

  • Maintaining a consistent sleeping and eating schedule.

  • Feeding, including bottle feedings and eventual meal prep and cooking for the child.  

  • Eventually taking the child to classes and activities. 


5+ years of FT nanny experience.

2+ years of infant care.  

Clean background check. 

Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

CPR and First Aid certified or willing to get it renewed. 

Native Spanish speaker - the family is bilingual Spanish and English.



Ability to travel with the family.


Salary: + /- $92,000 - 98,000 gross per year. 


Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, paid time off on major US holidays, 5 sick days, and MTA. The family is open to discussion about additional benefits for the right candidate.
