A Nanny Match Jobs

Loving parents in Red Bank, New Jersey, are seeking an experienced and engaging full-time Nanny for their daughter, 9 months old at start. The ideal start date is the beginning to mid-January.

They are located about 15 - 20 minute's walking distance from the train station in Red Bank, leaving this opportunity open to qualified candidates in Jersey City, Hoboken, and beyond.

When feasible and In the event of adverse weather conditions, the family is willing to offer transportation from the station. Driving is not required. 

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am -5pm or 10 am -6pm.

The ideal candidate will be patient, kind, warm, loving, energetic, communicative and collaborative, organized, safety-conscious, and knowledgeable about children’s healthy growth and development. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities.

• Fostering healthy growth, development, and learning. 

• Maintaining nap and feeding schedules.

• Bottle feedings and the sterilization of bottles and equipment.

• Diaper changes and support of healthy hygiene

• Keeps childs diapers and wipes stocked.. 

• Outdoor play, indoor play, and arranging playdates or daily outdoor excursions.

• Reading to the child.

• Meal preparation for the child.

• Child’s laundry.

• Maintaining an open dialogue with the parents about day-to-day developments. 

• Keeps a daily communication log. 

• Keeping the child’s room and the main spaces in the home clean and tidy. 

Both parents work FT, partially remote from home. They seek a team player seeking a long-term position who will grow with the family. 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant nanny experience.

• 2-3 relevant references.

• Driving experience with a clean driving record.

• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed).

They have a hypoallergenic 5-pound Yorkie who will stay in mom’s office most of the time, but the candidate must be okay with a dog in the home. 

The ability to drive the family car is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation: + / - $35.00 gross hourly.

Benefits: 10 vacation days, 5 sick/personal days, major holidays. Other benefits like healthcare can be discussed for the right candidate.
