A Nanny Match Jobs

2 warm and welcoming families in Brooklyn, near Brooklyn Museum, seek an engaging and supportive Full-Time Nanny for their 2 daughters, ages 5-month-old.

The ideal start date is March 6th.

The general schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.

The ideal candidate will have several years of relevant experience and will be nurturing, consistent, patient, creative, active, playful, and enjoy teaching new things. A team player who wants to work collaboratively with the parents and appreciates open and direct communication. 

Must like dogs, as the family has a small loving mini Poodle. 

Job responsibilities include everything related to keeping the child safe and engaged:

• Engaging the child in fun and active age-appropriate educational activities.

• Changing diapers.

• Bottle feedings, prepare bottles, sterilization of the bottles. 

• Taking the child on walks.

• Playing and coming up with activities and reading to the child.

• Child’s laundry, folding and putting away the baby’s clothes.

• Help keep the main spaces clean and tidy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 + years of relevant nanny experience with infants.

• Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

• Clean background check.

• CPR Certified or willing to get it renewed. 

• 2-3 excellent references. 

• Vaccinated, boosted. 

• Must like dogs.

A plus but not a requirement is a background in Early Childhood Education.

Salary: $40-45 gross hourly 

Benefits: Sick days, paid-off major holidays, and other PTO will be determined by the length of the contract.
