On Hold - House Manager / Nanny Needed in Miami

A professional, travel-ready family in Miami is seeking an experienced House Manager / PA / Nanny to help their household run smoothly and to assist in the care of their toddler.
This position is live-out and requires the ability to travel with the family for up to two weeks at a time, both domestically and internationally. Private accommodations and meals will be provided while traveling.
The general schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: proactively managing and running the household, ordering and managing deliveries and inventory, scheduling appointments, working with contractors, booking travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and assisting with childcare 1 day/week. The family has a primary full-time Nanny. Flexibility and ability to cover for the Nanny when she is sick or needs time off is required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, an innate multitasker and problem solver, discreet, honest, be able to work independently and take charge, and possess strong communication skills. Experience with travel domestically and internationally is a plus.
The candidate must be willing to follow CDC safety guidelines for the remainder of the pandemic.
3+ years of PA, House Manager, or Family Assistant experience.
3+ years of toddler childcare experience.
2-3 relevant references.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s is a plus.
Must be a team player and work well with other members of the staff.
Familiarity working in a HNW Residence.
Valid Passport, Valid Driver’s License; a confident driver with no points on the record
A clean background check.
Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor.
Legally Permitted to work in the US.
