Seeking a warm, professional full-time, live-in or live-out Nanny for an HNW household in Ladue, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. The children are 7 and 9 years old.

The position will ideally start mid-end of May.

The general schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for a live-out nanny and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a live-in nanny. 

Flexibility with the schedule and some travel with the family is needed. The family resides in other homes within the U.S. several weeks out of the year. 

The right candidate has 4+ years of FT nanny experience, experience working with school-aged children, and is proactive, professional, discreet, organized, engaging, loving, engaging, honest, safety-conscious, genuinely loves working with children, and is seeking a long-term position.

A private bedroom and bathroom will be provided for the nanny.

 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities.

  • School drop off and pick up and driving them to and from sports and activities.

  • Grocery shopping. 

  • Preparing well-balanced meals for the children.

  • Maintaining the children’s routines and schedule.

  • Children’s laundry.

  • Running errands for the family.

  • Shopping for the children. 

  • Helping the children get ready for bed. 

  • Supporting the children’s healthy hygiene.

  • Helping the children get ready for school.

  • Homework help. 

  • Ensuring the children have everything they need for school and sports.

  • Keeping the children’s rooms and the main spaces clean and tidy.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant nanny experience.

  • Experience driving children.

  • Legally permitted to work in the U.S. 

  • 2-3 relevant references. 

  • Flexibility with the schedule.

  • Ability to travel. 

 

Experience working in a HNW household is preferable but not a requirement.

Compensation: $40 + an hour gross base pay for the first 40-44 hours and $60+ an hour for the overtime hours.

The weekly salary will be determined by the number of scheduled hours.
