The placement process begins with an in-depth consultation with our Founder, Kristen. Here we get to understand your family's childcare needs, expectations, and preferences, which are crucial for successful matches. Afterward, you will review profiles and interview from a curated list of candidates that align with your criteria.

Matchmaking Process

We perform a customized search across our vast inner network of caregivers, referrals, major job boards, and popular online platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. We work hard to find the best candidates to select from. Candidates who make it through our rigorous screening process work directly with Kristen to ensure proper matchmaking with your family. 

Dedication and Support

We provide continuous support and guidance throughout the hiring process and the course of your relationship with your new employee. Proudly, 50% of our new clients have been referred to us by satisfied parents and nannies, and currently, 90% of our long-term placements last longer than one year.

*Hourly rates vary based on location, experience, credentials, education, job responsibilities, and the number of children. Given the caliber of candidates we represent, hourly rates start at approximately $30 + gross (pre-tax) per hour.
