The process begins with an in-depth consultation with our Founder, Kristen Szapka, where you will discuss your family's unique dynamics, preferences, and childcare needs. After the consultation, you’ll review comprehensive profiles of top candidates that match your family’s needs. We ensure a swift turnaround by leveraging our extensive network of nannies, trusted referrals, and strategic recruitment.

You can expect to receive matches within 2-3 business days if you're located in NYC. A Nanny Match is a tight-knit team led by Kristen and our Director Cindy, who support you every step of the way in finding your perfect match.

*Hourly rates vary based on location, experience, credentials, education, job responsibilities, and the number of children. Given the caliber of candidates we represent, hourly rates start at approximately $30 + gross (pre-tax) per hour.
