Consultations

Our process starts with an in-depth virtual consultation with Kristen, where you will discuss your childcare needs, expectations, and preferences. This crucial step is critical to understanding what type of people your family will connect best with. 

Matchmaking

We recruit from our inner network of nannies, referrals, major job boards, Linkedin, Indeed, and other online resources. A customized search is performed for your position to target the right candidates. Nannies who make it through initial screenings work directly with Kristen to ensure proper matchmaking with your family.
