Our process starts with an in-depth virtual consultation with Kristen, where you will discuss your childcare needs, expectations, and preferences. This crucial step is key to understanding your family's specific needs.
We recruit from our network of nannies, referrals, and online resources. Prospective candidates are vetted through an in-depth 7-Point Screening Process, including background and reference checks, and interviewed face to face by Kristen. You will be sent the top candidates' profiles, including their resumes, transcripts of reference calls, a written evaluation, and notes from Kristen as to why they were selected as an ideal match for your family.
