Your executive search is performed by our founder, Kristen Szapka, an expert headhunter with over 20 years of experience in the nanny industry. Candidates are thoroughly vetted through a 7-point screening system. We are highly selective and only represent nannies we would hire for our own families. 


Our process starts with an in-depth virtual consultation with Kristen, where you will discuss your childcare needs, expectations, and preferences. This crucial step is key to understanding your family's specific needs and begins your customized search. 


We recruit from our network of nannies, referrals, and online resources. Our team performs initial screenings, background checks, and reference checks. Unlike a typical agency,  all top nannies are interviewed by and work directly with Kristen to assure proper matchmaking with your family. 


We value your time and select nannies who will not only fit your job description but someone who will be truly compatible with your family. 50% of our new clients are referred to us by happy clients. 90% of our placements last longer than one year.

*Hourly rates vary based on location, experience, credentials, education, job responsibilities, and the number of children. Given the caliber of candidates we represent, hourly rates start at approximately $30 + gross (pre-tax) per hour.
