Along with the expansion, we welcome our first new Lead Placement Specialist, Allie Faythe, to the A Nanny Match team!

After establishing a working relationship for more than five years, our Founder Kristen Szapka selected Allie to run operations in Boston due to her expertise, thoughtfulness, and professional etiquette that fit our company’s essential values.

Allie is reserved for Boston families and nannies where she and her family reside.

She has already hit the ground running, helping families in Boston find high-caliber, professional nannies and domestic household staff for their families.

Allie knows Boston inside and out, and with more than ten years of experience working in the private childcare industry, she has a firm grasp on what to expect as a childcare provider and as an employer. She is honed in on helping nannies & families find and cultivate rich experiences and symbiotic relationships.
